January 2026: A Kick-Off for a New International Coaching Supervision Group

Join our international coaching supervision group and unlock deeper learning with others

Group Coaching Supervision offers a supportive space to reflect on your coaching practice, gain fresh insights, and grow alongside other professionals. It’s an opportunity to explore challenging client situations, deepen your ethical awareness, and uncover blind spots that may be holding you back. Through shared experience and guided reflection, you’ll strengthen your coaching skills and keep you practice alive, inspired, and continually evolving.

Why supervision matters?

  • Gain new insights and perspectives on your work

  • Strengthen your coaching skills and confidence

  • Explore and navigate challenging client situations

  • Increase awareness of blind spots and ethical dimensions

  • Keep your practice fresh, inspiring, and sustainable

Whilst every supervision session is wonderfully different, these are some of the questions that have been brought to sessions by past clients :

•How do I develop my practice?

•I really struggle with my confidence.

•What should I be including in my coaching contract?

•How do I work with a talkative client?

•I can’t seem to get my client to focus.

•I am worried about the mental and physical health of my client.

•I have been asked to do some consultancy work in the same company that I coach in - is this ok?

•I like some clients and really don’t like working with others – what does that say about me?

•I think my client is Machiavellian and I am feeling manipulated.

•I notice my personal feelings are getting in the way of the coaching relationship.

•I am really bored with my client.

•I think my client is dependent on me.

Did you know, that EMCC, ICF & other professional bodies recommend new coaches should have 1 hour of evidenced Supervision for every 20 coaching hours & experienced coaches should have a minimum of 5 sessions per year?

Sheila Campbell-Lloyd (Scotland) and Rea Klingberg (Finland) are experienced coaching supervisors with a shared commitment to creating a supportive and trusted space for coaches to grow. They bring diverse international perspectives and rich professional experience to their work. Grounded in care, curiosity, and openness, their approach invites deep reflection and encourages new insights to help coaches strengthen and deepen their practice.

In each session we will

  • supervise all those who bring a case

  • dive into a specific theme that emerges in the group and provide some theory around it

  • support everyone’s personal growth as a coach

Step into your learning edge and build the courage to create greater impact ...with our support.
